I have been serving as the lead pastor of Ship Nazarene since May of 2021. Prior to this I was the Associate Pastor for almost 4 years. I am married to Jennifer, and I have 3 adult children, Paige, Lane, Natasha and one grandson, Axel.
I believe God has called me to point people to Jesus - teaching, equipping and empowering people so that they can become part of God’s transforming work in their lives, in their community, in our world. I love interacting with people of all ages but have a special passion for ministry to young adults. Because of this you can often find me on the campus of Shippensburg University.
Outside of ministry, my hobbies include hunting, fishing, being in the outdoors, basketball, volleyball, cornhole, pickleball, and various card games. My favorite time of the year is Fall.

My journey with Ship Naz began in 2019, then in 2021 I became the youth/young adult pastor and enjoyed this role for several years. More recently, I have transitioned into an associate pastor role and am leading the development of New Creation Church of the Nazarene in Chambersburg alongside a core leadership team. My wife, Jess, and I have been married since 2023 and enjoy life with our 2 dogs, Honey and Winston. In my free time I also enjoy reading, playing games, pickleball, going on drives, and spending time with family.

I will start with who I am at home. I have 2 grown children and 2 grandsons (ages 5 & 7) who call me “Lolli”. I also have my elderly mother living with me due to health concerns, My husband of 43 years passed away in May 2023 due to a vehicle accident. My life has gone through many changes and I joined a program called Griefshare. God is still at work in my life and I trust Him in the process.

I am an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene and associate pastor in Shippensburg. Some of the ways God is using me is ladies’ small groups, children’s ministry, and I am the Director of our District Ladies Retreat. I participate in weekly worship services and preach on occasion. I continue to support the senior pastor, Pastor Dale by helping wherever I am needed.

I am involved with the New Creation Church plant in Chambersburg. I am on the leadership team and Hunter Prough is senior pastor. We are very excited to get into the community and meet new people. The “New Creation” Church will be centrally located and is ready to share the love of Jesus, build community partnerships, and do life with the people God puts in our path.

I first started attending Ship Naz in 2022 after going on a mission trip as a college student. I connected with my husband, Hunter, on this trip and we got married in 2023. Now, we live in Ship with our 2 goldendoodles, Honey and Winston, who we love spending time with! In addition to being Media and Events Coordinator, I work as an elementary school counselor in a neighboring district. My favorite hobbies include playing with our dogs, reading, roller skating, cooking, and watching movies. Hunter and I are also involved in the development of New Creation Church of the Nazarene in Chambersburg!

The Lord led me to Ship Naz in 2023. Coming out of a season of rest, I was looking to connect with those who love the Lord, each other, and have vision for what He wants to do. I’m a single parent with 4 adult children Lauren, Alena, Brady, and Sierra. I have 2 grandchildren, Makenna and Camden. I have served the Lord in various capacities including rehab ministry, youth ministry. I also served as worship leader, and as a small group leader. My passion is to see and help people recognize their gifts and abilities that God has given to them. Also to develop a deeper relationship with Jesus through prayer and worship.

I have attended Ship Naz for most of my life. After drifting away for several years, I recommitted my life to Christ and began regularly attending again in 2021. Since then, God has been using me to help connect people to the church and build meaningful relationships. I currently serve as the Build Relationships Ministry Team Lead, and my husband Jay and I are also helping with the development of New Creations Church of the Nazarene in Chambersburg. Outside of church ministry, I have been married for 24 years and am the mom of four sons. I am a lactation counselor and business owner, and through both my family and professional experiences, I have developed a passion for caring for people and helping others feel seen, supported, and welcomed into community.

I am married to my best friend, and many of you know him as Pastor Dale for 26 years. I met Dale at work, where I still currently work for almost 34 years now. I am someone who wears many hats at work, but my primary job is TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). We have 3 beautiful adult children between us and 1 grandson; 2 cats (Rajah & Nala) and 1 dog (Braxton) that are all such a joy to have in our lives. Some of my favorite things to do are decorate, take photos, art in general, cooking, baking of course anything that just lets me be creative, and believe it or not I absolutely love to mow! I love most animals and enjoy the outdoors. My favorite time of year fall and a close second winter especially when we have snow.
